AbstractTwo unusual cases of congenital scoliosis with distematomyelia, without median septa and with single dural sacs, are described. Both cases were neurologically intact without any stigmata of diastematomyelia in the lower extremities. Computed tomographic myelography added valuable information to the radiological anatomy.
