AbstractExperience with the use of propofol for induction and maintenance of anesthesia in patients with myasthenia gravis is limited in the literature. We report, in this case, the well prepared and successful use of continuous propofol infusion without conventional neuromuscular blocking agents in a patient with Ossermann stage IIb of myasthenia gravis undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
