AbstractPulmonary complications of liver disease are poorly understood and often identified late. Abnormalities of the pulmonary vasculature lead to two distinct complications, hepatopulmonary syndrome and portopulmonary hypertension, which differ in their clinical features and management. This article focuses on these two entities.
