    AbstractSterile pyuria is not an uncommon laboratory finding. This article explores the major causes of sterile pyuria, including infectious, systemic, structural and physiologic, and drug-related causes. It also discusses the differential diagnosis of eosinophiluria and the basic workup of sterile pyuria.
