    AbstractWe report a case of a 17-years-old patient with an accidental ingestion of high doses of phenylpropanolamine. Nine hours after the ingestion she presented ventricular bigeminy and an episode of non sustained ventricular tachycardia. No cardiovascular disease was demonstrated.
