    AbstractThe purpose of this report is to respond to Dr. Cicchetti's (1999) challenge of the minimum of 400 subjects suggested by Charter (1999) for split-half, coefficient alpha, retest, alternate-forms, validity, and inter-rater reliability coefficients.
