    AbstractThis article discusses an important aspect of developing an incident plan for the threat of an incendiary device. The importance of integrating emergency services' providers into plan development and asking specific, detailed questions of first responders is critical in ensuring your plan is supportable and understood by all of the stakeholders involved.
