AbstractThe joining of the acromioclavicular dislocation and the fracture of the coracoid process is rather rare. The number of cases described in the world literature is under 20, in this country no such case was described yet. Author reports on a case treated with operation, that healed with good result. The viewpoints of the diagnosis and treatment of this injury are reviewed. The results of the conservative and operative treatment are hitherto equally favourable. Author thinks the operative treatment of injuries with complete dislocation reasonable.
