    AbstractParsonage-Turner syndrome is an idiopathic brachial neuropathy affecting the 5(th) and the 6(th) roots. Giant-cells arteritis rarely affects the brachial plexus. In such cases, it can mimic Parsonage-Turner syndrome. We report a case focusing on clinical signs suggesting giant-cell arteritis.
