AbstractThe cuffed endotracheal tube and laryngeal mask airway are very useful in the airway management of children. Safely anesthetizing and recovering a child with obstructive sleep apnea requires an understanding of both the altered anatomy and physiology of the patient. The addition of clonidine in caudal blocks prolongs pain relief.
