    Key Clinical MessageA case of feverish benign neutropenia occurring in a diabetic patient receiving pregabalin for peripheral neuropathy is reported. Although pregabalin-induced neutropenia is very rare, it is important to keep in mind that this drug like other anticonvulsants used for neuropathic pain, can cause severe neutropenia.
