    AbstractSensory impairment hallucinations, such as visual hallucinations with visual loss, may not respond to traditional treatments such as antipsychotics. In this case series, the authors describe four patients with either visual or musical hallucinations associated with sensory impairment who were successfully treated with gabapentin.
