AbstractThe authors report a case of isolated spermatic cord vasculitis associated with testicular infarct in a 75-year-old man. No clinical symptoms or serological markers of a systemic disease were found. This is a rare disease which cannot be diagnosed without histological examination and which requires follow-up because of a risk of progression to autoimmune disease.
