AbstractA 65-year-old man presented with a complaint of the swelling of his right scrotum. Ultrasonogram indicated a tumor in the right scrotum, but it was not apparent whether the tumor arose from the right testis or not. Right high orchiectomy was performed due to the suspicion of malignancy. The tumor arose from the right epididymis and spermatic cord. Histological examination revealed that the tumor was a fibrous pseudotumor in the scrotum.
