    AbstractCerebral hemorrhage is a rare complication of the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. We report a case of multifocal hemorrhage in a 37-year-old homosexual man with cerebral toxoplasmosis. Histopathologic examination, performed at cerebral autopsy, confirmed the findings on CT and MRI.
