    SummaryPosterior sternoclavicular dislocation is a rare injury that involves a risk of concomitant injuries to mediastinal structures. We report a 23-year-old man who underwent open reduction and fixation with a plantaris tendon graft after 13 weeks. The clinical and radiologic outcome was good.
