    AbstractPoint-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) continues to generate new and interesting clinical findings as its use expands in the pediatric emergency department. This case report describes the novel findings identified during a POCUS focused lung examination of a pediatric patient with suspected foreign body aspiration.
