AbstractTuberculous tenosynovitis is rare and may be overlooked as a cause of chronic tenosynovitis. This report presents a case of a young woman with tuberculosis tenosynovitis of the wrist, and highlights the clinical, imaging, histological, and laboratory features most commonly seen in this disease.
