AbstractWe report a rare case of trigger finger caused by an old partial laceration of the flexor digitorum superficialis. The triggering occurred five months after injury. This case was the latest presentation of triggering in the literature. The patient was managed by incising the A1 pulley and suturing the flexor tendon flap after trimming. He was relieved of triggering and there was no recurrence.
