    AbstractThe endovascular management of cerebral aneurysms is undergoing revolutionary growth. Recent advances in endovascular surgery including balloon remodeling, revascularization techniques, functional cerebral rearrangement, intracranial stents, treatment for vasospasm and coil design are discussed, as are their future considerations.
