AbstractA case of bilateral, asynchronous ureteral stricture from polyarteritis nodosa is described. Two cases of unilateral ureteral stricture from polyarteritis nodosa have been reported previously. Ureteral obstruction not associated with retroperitoneal fibrosis is rare with polyarteritis nodosa.
