    AbstractAn 80-year-old man with a 7 year history of a slowly enlarging, asymptomatic scrotal nodule is presented. He had a negative history for sexually transmitted disease, trauma to the area, radiotherapy and chemical or arsenic exposure. The lesion was excised with a margin of 0.8 cm of normal skin. Examination of the specimen revealed a basal cell carcinoma.
