    AbstractFew cases of the pandemic influenza A H1N1 have been reported in very low birth weight infants. We report here a small outbreak in our NICU of 3 cases of influenza A/H1N1/09-10 in very low birth weight infants during the 2009-2010 H1N1 pandemic and describe their clinical presentations and favorable outcomes despite the lack of treatment.
