AbstractA number of novel agents are currently being tested in clinical trials in patients with cancer. Results from early-phase trials, often in unselected groups of patients with a wide variety of cancer types, were reported at the 46th annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). We report on selected studies from the developmental therapeutics track (abstracts 2500-2613 and 3000-3108) that may be of interest to the thoracic oncology community.Copyright © 2011 Elsevier Inc.
