AbstractWe report the simultaneous occurrence of lymphocytic interstitial pneumonitis and pulmonary embolism in a patient with tetralogy of Fallot and common variable immunodeficiency. An explanation based on the pathogenesis of these diseases is proposed to explain this "unfortunate coincidence".
