AbstractClinical and pathological presentation of a benign so-called "Castleman Tumour", is very rare in the urological literature. It caused impression of the bladder and displacement of the right ureter in a 47-year-old male patient with a six-year case history. Detailed description of the two types of tumours is presented differing both histologically and clinically. This adds to the differential diagnosis in cases of space occupying lesions in the retroperitoneal cavity.
