AbstractThe aim of this report is to describe the successful use of pralidoxime in a pediatric patient who accidentally ingested 12 mg of rivastigmine and presented to the emergency department with weakness, drowsiness, hyporeactivity to environmental stimuli, and full cholinergic syndrome.
