AbstractWe present the neuroimaging features with clinical and pathologic correlation in a case of Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML) in AIDS. CT and MRI showed typical lesions of PML. At pathology examination, characteristic lesions of PML were found in association with HIV encephalitis due to CNS infection by the virus.
