AbstractA thorough understanding of the orbit, structures within it, and complex spatial relationships among these structures bears relevance in a variety of neurosurgical cases. We describe the 3-dimensional surgical anatomy of the orbit and fragile and complex network of neurovascular architectures, flanked by a series of muscular and glandular structures, found within the orbital dura.Copyright © 2017 Elsevier Inc.
