AbstractRosai-Dorfman disease may involve extranodal sites exclusively. Osseous involvement as the sole manifestation of disease is uncommon. The present report describes a 60-year-old woman presenting with lytic lesions in the lower end of femur and mid-fibula on one side and unaccompanied by disease elsewhere.
