    AbstractAccording to the supply and demand equilibrium research on stomatological professionals, a conclusion could be drawn that the stomatological professionals are in serious shortage. Some strategies to support the demand of stomatological professionals are raised in this essay, such as widening the teaching objectives, stratified recruiting, enhancing the school-running ability of the main stomatological university and so on.
