    AbstractWashington is in the mood for a corporate tax overhaul, but not every segment of healthcare will like the result. One proposed change cracks down on opportunities for companies to shift profits on intellectual property to countries with lower tax rates---a tactic frequently deployed by the pharmaceutical industry. Providers and insurers would be winners under the proposals.
