Case PresentationA 58-year-old postmenopausal woman presented to her primary care physician with lower back pain. She denied respiratory symptoms. Her medical history is significant for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and prediabetes. Her surgical history consists of a tonsillectomy and a remote dilatation and curettage procedure.
