    AbstractContrave is an investigational fixed-dose combination drug of naltrexone and bupropion currently in Phase III clinical trials for the treatment of obesity. Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. has demonstrated efficacy of their product and is currently addressing FDA safety concerns and deciding future actions.
