AbstractWe report the case of an 11-month-old boy with Wilm's tumor, who underwent nephrectomy. Postoperative pain was managed with a lumbar epidural for 3 days, with the formation of a persistent cerebral spinal fluid cutaneous fistula.© 2019 John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
