AbstractA case of sclerosing lipogranuloma (paraffinoma) of the penis is presented. The clinical manifestations of the lesion were very similar to those of squamous-cell carcinoma of the penis. In such cases, the correct diagnosis can be made from a precise history, the characteristic histological features and, if necessary, special chemical lipid analyses.
