AbstractThe range of care provided to patients by the dermatology nursing team is wide. Alleviation of pain and itching, improvement of skin integrity through hygiene care and local treatments, the cleaning of wounds and the changing of dressings, psychological treatment and therapeutic education are the main areas in which the nurse is involved.
