AbstractWe report the case of a patient with a congenital aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva ruptured in the right ventricle, aortic valvular regurgitation and ventricular septal defect that remained asymptomatic for many years and presented clinically with severe volume overload of the heart and congestive heart failure. We describe the anatomic, echocardiographic and angiographic findings of this unusual entity with a review of the literature.
