AbstractThree elderly patients with severe symptomatic bradyarrhythmia due to iatrogenic hyperkalemia are presented. In all patients potassium - lowering therapy was effective; two patients required temporary pacing. The issue of iatrogenic hyperkalemia and treatment options are discussed.
