    AbstractA case of laryngotracheo-oesophageal cleft scheduled for bronchoscopy and repair is described. The authors highlight the difficulties of bronchoscopy in such a patient and suggest simple manoeuvres to negotiate the rigid bronchoscope into the trachea.
