AbstractMINI: This randomized clinical trial showed different intubation mode in anesthesia did not affect the increase of endotracheal cuff pressure caused by the retractor splay in anterior cervical spine surgery. However, nasotracheal intubation improved postoperative dysphonia recovery after anterior cervical spine surgery.
