    AbstractMirror syndrome is a rare clinical entity consisting of fetal and placental hydrops with maternal edema. It is associated with an increase in fetal mortality and maternal morbility. We describe the anesthetic management of a parturient with Mirror syndrome complicated by HELLP syndrome and massive postpartum hemorrhage, who required general anesthesia for cesarean delivery.
