AbstractThe cardiac and pulmonary manifestations of SLE are numerous. While the pleura and pericardium are most commonly affected, the myocardium and lung parenchyma can be the targets of life-threatening complications. Secondary processes (in particular, infection) must always be ruled out before attributing a cardiopulmonary manifestation to lupus.
