    AbstractWe report the anaesthetic management of a term pregnant woman with active tuberculous meningitis, who had experienced seizures, had signs of raised intracranial pressure and required emergency caesarean section. Peripartum anaesthetic management of a patient with tuberculous meningitis is a rare event.
