AbstractAnomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the main pulmonary artery (anomalous right coronary artery from pulmonary artery; ARCAPA) is a rare congenital anomaly. Here, we present an unusual case of anomalous right coronary artery from the main pulmonary artery with proximal intramural course.
