    AbstractWe compared digital intubation (DI) and laryngoscope intubation (LI) in newborns. The success rate was 90.5% for DI and 50% for LI (P = .004). It took 8.2 seconds to complete the DI and 13.1 seconds to complete the LI (P = .007). DI should be considered to be an option for neonatal intubation.
