AbstractThis is the first reported case of fatal visceral Kaposi's sarcoma which presented with oral lesions and in which skin lesions were absent throughout the course of the disease. Both clinical and histologic recognition may be difficult because of the similarity of the lesions to pyogenic granuloma.
