AbstractPinna bruising can be associated with abuse, but can also be due to accidental injury. We present 3 cases of pinna bruises and discuss features associated with accidental and nonaccidental injury. Attention to the history, the pattern of bruising, and any other findings identified on a careful, thorough examination will help differentiate the two.Copyright © 2019 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc.
