The Azeri Version of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Core Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30): Translation and Validation.
Quality of life in cancer patients has become an important outcome measure. This study aimed to translate and validate the European Cancer Research and Treatment Core Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30) in Azerbaijan. ⋯ This preliminary validation study proved that the Azeri version of EORTC QLQ-C30 is a valid measure of quality of life in cancer patients. However, studies with other cancer patients and stronger psychometric evaluations are recommended.

Survival Rates and Associated Factors of Colorectal Cancer Patients in Brunei Darussalam.
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer in both men and women. In most Asian countries, both the incidence and mortality rates of CRC are gradually increasing. In Brunei Darussalam, CRC ranks first and second in lifetime risk among men and women respectively. This study aims to report the overall survival rates and associated factors of CRC in Brunei Darussalam. ⋯ This study found the overall 5-year survival rate of CRC in Brunei Darussalam is similar to that in some Asian countries such as Singapore and Malaysia. However, more efforts need to be carried out in order to raise awareness of CRC and improve the survival of CRC patients.

Trends in Cervical Cancer Mortality in Brazilian Women who are Screened and Not Screened.
This study aimed to analyze the trend in cervical cancer (ICD C53) mortality in Brazilian regions in women who are who are screened and not screened from 1996 to 2015. ⋯ Cervical cancer mortality in younger women is becoming more predominant, in addition to the high rate observed for women aged 65 or older.

Randomized Controlled TrialThe Effect of Relaxation Techniques on Anxiety, Fatigue and Sleep Quality of Parents of Children with Leukemia under Chemotherapy in South East Iran.
Cancer can cause emotional stress in parents, which has a negative impact on the quality of their life. Also, anxiety and psychological stress have a negative effect on the health of parents, and fatigue causes a sense of weakness and reduces the capacity for mental and physical activity, and insomnia, as well as stress and inability to perform their occupational and social functions. This study aimed to determine the effect of relaxation techniques on anxiety, fatigue, and sleep quality of parents of children with leukemia under chemotherapy in South East Iran in 2015. ⋯ The results can predispose family-centered nursing care to support more the parents of children with cancer in the face of the stress of illness. Developing programs for training muscle relaxation techniques will improve family functioning and mental health.

North Korea Must be Global Scale Cohort, Not a Galapagos in the Medical Research Field.
Objective: This study aimed to compare the research trend regarding gynecologic malignancies in North Korean medical journal and South Korean medical journal. Methods: Articles published in the journal of “Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology” in North Korea and “Obstetrics & Gynecology Science” in South Korea from 2006 to 2016 were analyzed by using frequency analysis. Studies on gynecologic malignancies were classified by international classification of disease (ICD-10). ⋯ The proportions of gestational trophoblastic disease, cervical cancer, and anogenital warts were higher in North Korean medical journal, but proportions of ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, peritoneal cancer, corpus uterine cancer, and vulvar cancer were higher in South Korean medical journal. Conclusion: This study enforced an analysis of research trends on gynecologic malignancies in North Korean and South Korea medical journals, and a distinct difference was observed in this regard. In the future, grand scale cohort study in the genetic identical two Korean population is needed for research of environmental effect on gynecologic cancer.
