Effectiveness of the EQ-5D and CRES-4 questionnaire for assessing the impact on the quality of life of patients and the level of satisfaction after exchanging dicumarinics for edoxabán: Real-life experience based on a multicentre study.
Atrial fibrillation and anticoagulation decrease the quality of life of patients. The aim of this study is to assess the quality of life and the degree of satisfaction after changing from VKA to edoxaban anticoagulants. ⋯ The change of anticoagulant for edoxaban improves the quality of life and the degree of patient satisfaction, and the EQ-5D and CRES-4 quality of life questionnaires can be used complementarily.

To know the vascular age (VA) of a sample of general population included in the RICARTO study. ⋯ VA of our sample is two and a half years older than chronological one with Framingham equation and more than eight years with SCORE equation. Control of CVR factors is the key to get a VA closer to real and to obtain a better cardiovascular health in the population.

To observe the ultrasonographic features of arthritis in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) and to analyze its correlation with clinical manifestations and disease activity. ⋯ The incidence of arthritis in patients with pSS is high, and musculoskeletal US has its characteristics. The musculoskeletal US semi-quantitative method can effectively evaluate arthritis in patients with pSS, and the US score of arthritis has a certain correlation with the overall disease activity. US can provide a reference for the diagnosis of arthritis and disease activity assessment in patients with pSS.
